Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking bids for bus parts for district-wide buses. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, with consideration given to factors such as price, quality, and experience. The successful bidder will be required to provide bus parts and deliver them within 10 business days of order placement.
• The contract will be for a term of approximately one year, with prices firm until June 30, 2027.
• The bidder must submit a signed, original proposal and one electronic copy on a flash drive.
• The proposal must include all information requested, including descriptive literature, specifications, and certifications.
• The bidder must comply with all requirements and specifications outlined in the IFB.
• The Wake County Public School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and to accept any item or group of items on a multi-item bid.
