The U.S. Consulate General Jeddah is seeking event management services for the U.S. Independence Day Event 2026. The event aims to highlight the strength of the U.S.-Saudi relationship, showcase American culture and history, and elevate the profile of the U.S. Consulate General Jeddah. The event will be held on April 6, 2026, from 8PM to 10:30PM, and will include a receiving line, speeches, performances, and a buffet-style dinner. The contractor will be responsible for providing event planning, coordination, and management services, including catering, entertainment, photography, and videography.
