The City of Denton is seeking a janitorial services provider to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of its facilities. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks such as waste management, floor care, restroom and shower cleaning, surface cleaning, and more. The contractor must provide all necessary supplies and equipment, including cleaning solutions, janitorial equipment, and consumables. The contractor must also implement a Quality Assurance Program to ensure all cleaning services meet the required standards. The program must include performance monitoring and inspection, reporting and documentation, customer feedback and issue resolution, and compliance with industry standards. • Daily tasks include waste management, floor care, restroom and shower cleaning, surface cleaning, and more. • Weekly tasks include office dusting, deep restroom and shower cleaning, glass and mirror cleaning, stairwell maintenance, cobweb removal, and stainless steel polishing. • Monthly tasks include floor buffing, high-dusting, and entryway door cleaning. • Quarterly tasks include tile floor maintenance, carpet deep cleaning, grout cleaning, and exterior pressure washing. • The contractor must ensure all personnel meet background check requirements, including national criminal history checks, sex offender registry searches, and verification of identity and legal work eligibility. • The contractor must maintain a log of completed tasks, submit inspection reports, and provide corrective action documentation for any deficiencies identified during inspections.
