Description
Henry County is seeking a qualified vendor to operate and manage the concession areas at the Henry County Aquatic Center and Kensley Grace Water Park on an annual basis. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and services needed to deliver safe, clean, and customer‑focused food and beverage service. Proposals are due by Oct 6, 2026, with an optional pre‑proposal conference on Sep 15, 2026. The contract is expected to run for one year and will be awarded to the highest‑scoring responsive bidder.
• Operate two concession locations (aquatic center & water park)
• Provide full‑service food & beverage (snacks, meals, drinks)
• Supply all labor, equipment, inventory, permits, insurance, and compliance (OSHA, E‑Verify, etc.)
• Must meet county’s safety, non‑discrimination, and supplier‑inclusion requirements
• Optional pre‑proposal conference/site visit on Sep 15, 2026
• Submission via electronic portal or sealed envelope by Oct 6, 2026, 3 PM ET
• Annual contract term (≈ 12 months)
