Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICES. The scope of work includes providing heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning maintenance services for the CHP OCEANSIDE AREA OFFICE. The contract term is expected to be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. Bidders must meet the qualification requirements, including having a Contractor’s State License Board (CSLB) C-20 license and being registered with the DIR.
• The bidder must provide a detailed description of their experience and qualifications.
• The bidder must provide proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage rates and DVBE participation.
• The bidder must attend a mandatory walk-through on November 13, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Oceanside Area office.
• The bidder must submit their bid package by December 1, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
