Description
The Paulding County Department of Finance is seeking bids for the FY 2026 Government Facilities Landscape Contract. The contract involves providing annual landscaping services at eight county government facilities for the growing season (April-October) with approximately 40 visits included and up to nine offseason visits (November-March) as needed. The contract may be renewed for up to two years if mutually agreed upon.
* Landscaping services include design, fertilizing, planting, etc.
* Grounds and roadside maintenance: mowing, edging, plant, not tree trimming, etc.
* Bidders must comply with Georgia Laws and provide performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement.
* The deadline for questions is May 28, 2026, and the submission deadline is June 12, 2026.
