The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a small‑business vendor to provide non‑personnel office cleaning (janitorial) services for the National Key Deer Refuge in Big Pine Key, FL. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ with a one‑year base period and up to four optional one‑year extensions, subject to funding. Work includes daily cleaning of public restroom facilities, weekly HVAC and light fixture cleaning, and as‑needed maintenance, performed outside normal public hours.
