Austin Peay State University seeks a qualified travel‑partner to manage all non‑football athletics travel across the university. The vendor must provide end‑to‑end travel services—including commercial and charter air, hotel lodging, ground transportation, emergency support, and a 24/7 travel‑management platform—while meeting accessibility standards and diversity‑spending reporting requirements. The contract runs three years starting 1 July 2026, with optional two‑year extensions, and may be opened to other public entities.
• Full‑service travel management for all varsity sports except football
• Required travel‑management system (online/mobile) with 24/7 support and dedicated account manager
• Mandatory quarterly diversity‑spending reports and compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA, Section 508, and various federal data‑privacy regulations
• Flat‑rate pricing for five years covering service fees, air, charter, hotel, ground transport, emergency support and other line items
• Evaluation based on technical (600 pts) and cost (250 pts) scoring, with a finalist presentation component.
