Description
The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into an agreement with a Respondent(s), to provide managed services and/or staff augmentation for FSU’s Information Technology Services department. The selected Respondent(s) will provide support and maintenance for some of FSU’s enterprise systems and supporting technologies, including Oracle’s PeopleSoft ERP & SIS applications and Oracle’s Middleware technologies. The Respondent(s) are expected to gather information about FSU and become familiar with the technologies that we have implemented.
• The engagement will be a minimum of one month up to 12+ months.
• FSU is open to the resources being onsite or remote and would like to see pricing models for each.
• FSU anticipates awarding services to multiple Respondents to have access to all possibly needed services.
• Respondents do not have to have both networking capabilities and software applications to submit a proposal.
