Description
The Hawaii Department of Education is seeking bids for the provision of disposable food service products, including molded pulp products, disposable plastics products, and sanitary food containers, for schools statewide. The contract is expected to be for the 2026-2027 school year.
• The bid must include all applicable taxes and fees.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through the HIePRO system.
• A hard copy of the original proposal identification and information form must be received by the Hawaii Department of Education within five working days after the proposal due date.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor will be required to pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000.
