Description
The US Navy is seeking to purchase a replacement AAON Packaged Rooftop Unit for building 81 on a brand name basis. The unit must meet specific requirements, including being a heat pump with supplemental electric heat, having a 2-inch double-wall construction with a thermal break, and including a minimum 1-year limited parts and labor warranty. The scope of supply includes the price being inclusive of all freight, but excludes items such as BAS integration, smoke detectors, and rigging, installation, and final commissioning.
• The unit must be an AAON Model RNA-025 or equivalent updated model.
• The unit must have a 460V/3Ph/60Hz power supply and an electrical rating of 10KAIC.
• The unit must include a minimum 5-year parts-only warranty for the compressor.
• The unit must provide terminals for connection to field-provided and installed smoke detectors.
