Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for annual fire alarm system protection and post minor repairs. The contract will require the successful bidder to provide professional workmanship and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act. The bidder must also agree to not discriminate against any person who performs work under the contract. The bidding process will be conducted through the public purchase online bidding system, and bids are due by Mar 18, 2025 4:00:00 PM EDT.
• The contract will be awarded to the firm determined to have the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The successful bidder may be required to agree to and execute a formal contract with the State.
• The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or technical defect in the bids, or to award the purchase order or contract in whole or in part.
• The bidder must monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information, or other additional information related to the solicitation.
