Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) EXWC has a requirement to provide the necessary labor, troubleshooting, reprogramming, and corrective maintenance for the CCR installation and provide preventive maintenance to maintain usability of all AV systems in the five conference spaces. The tasks include system reliability repair, control panel simplification, video routing usability, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. The contractor must ensure all screens maintain a stable connection and reliably turn on when the room system is activated. The new design must allow a user to press a single "Power On" button that automatically activates the entire AV system and correctly routes the default presentation inputs to their designated screens.
• The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown by cost element sufficient to permit a comprehensive review and evaluation of all costs.
• The contractor must provide a technical narrative that details the approach to accomplish the work under the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The period of performance for the purchase order will be 12 months after the contract award date.
• The Government will evaluate the offeror's technical capability as it relates to how the offer conforms to the requirements stated in the SOW.
