• The space must be located within the defined Delineated Area in Las Vegas, NV.
• The lease should be a fully serviced lease, with rent covering all operating costs, real estate taxes, and related insurance.
• The Offeror must provide evidence of ownership or control of the building or site.
• The proposal should include a completed USACE Proposal to Lease Space form, as-built floor plan drawing, site plan, and digital photo of the street view of the property.
