EWDD Web Services - WD

The City of Los Angeles Economic and Workforce Development Department (EWDD) is seeking a website designer to provide web services. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing and developing a new website for the Community Investment Department, as well as providing ongoing maintenance and support. The project will involve creating a new website with a unified navigation and page hierarchy, developing a user interface style guide, and providing high-fidelity mockups for final visual designs. The contractor will also be responsible for performing quality assurance testing, reviewing user acceptance test results, and making necessary changes. The project is expected to last for 18 months, and the total budget for the project is $153,279. • The contractor will be required to meet with the EWDD project manager and other stakeholders on a regular basis to discuss project progress and provide updates. • The contractor will be responsible for creating a comprehensive report on website performance metrics and traffic statistics to inform data-driven decision-making. • The contractor will be required to provide knowledge transfer to other programmers and create both administrator and technical documentation with necessary maintenance information.
