Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide Enrollment Broker Systems and Services for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The selected vendor will be responsible for providing enrollment broker services, including call center operations, systems and support, and staffing. The contract is expected to be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value to the State, based on factors such as technical criteria, experience, and pricing.
• The scope of work includes general call center requirements, systems and support, experience and company background information, staffing, and additional requirements.
• The contract is expected to be for a period of 12 months, with an anticipated implementation/transition period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
• The State reserves the right to modify the solicitation at any time and to disqualify bidders who fail to follow the instructions.
