Description
The Town of North Kingstown is seeking bids for a mobile food establishment concession at Wilson Park. The concessionaire will be required to provide food services at the park from May 1 to September 30, 2026. The concessionaire must comply with all local and state laws governing the handling and dispensing of foods, and must provide adequate insurance coverage. The bid must include a short narrative describing the vendor's ability to perform to specifications, a sample menu and pricing, a copy of the North Kingstown MFE permit, and other required documents.
• The concessionaire must operate at the park for a minimum of four consecutive hours between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM daily.
• The concessionaire must provide a schedule of operation and must be in service during the required times.
• The concessionaire must comply with all provisions, conditions, and stipulations of the Rhode Island General Law and Ordinances of the Town of North Kingstown.
• The concessionaire must provide adequate statutory Worker's Compensation Insurance for all labor employed on the project.
• The concessionaire must carry Comprehensive General Liability Insurance with a broad form of Contractual General Liability Endorsement attached.
