Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility Laboratory Department, intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics for a 2nd year cost per test/lease agreement for 2 Vitros XT 7600 Integrated Chemistry systems. The contract will be for 5 years, with renewal funded on an annual basis, and the anticipated period of performance is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with two one-year option periods. The contractor will provide clinical chemistry analyzers through a GSA contract, which includes consumables, supplies, test reagents, calibrators, and a silver service agreement for full operation of the test systems.
• The contract includes leasing services for Vitros 7600 reagents to be ordered on an "as needed" basis as part of the cost per test/lease agreement.
