Description
The Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, testing, and repair services for its self‑contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) fleet and the Mini‑Unicus high‑pressure breathing‑air compressor. Work will be performed on‑site at the state hospital fire‑department facilities, covering routine annual inspections, hydrostatic testing, flow testing, quantitative fit testing, spare‑part supply, and on‑demand repairs. The contract runs for three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and includes requirements for technician certification, background checks, TB screening, and rigorous data‑security controls.
