Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for the maintenance of the FM 200 Fire Suppression System and the Dry-Pipe Fire Sprinkler System. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to perform bi-annual inspections of the FM 200 Fire Suppression System and quarterly inspections of the Dry-Pipe Fire Sprinkler System. The bidder must also provide hourly repair rates for normal business hours, after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

The bidder must have personnel licensed and certified to inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire protection systems, including the FM 200 system. The bidder must also have the necessary tools and equipment to perform the inspections and repairs.
