CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR FOR GENERAL AND AUTO LIABILITY, WORKERS COMPENSATION

The Ocean County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund is seeking a claims administrator for general and auto liability, as well as workers' compensation. The successful bidder will provide services including claims management, fraud prevention, and loss adjustment. The contract will be for a period of three years, commencing on January 1, 2026. The bidder must demonstrate experience and knowledge of regulations, workers' compensation, general liability, and auto liability matters involving governmental entities. • The bidder must have a consistent pattern of claims management and fraud prevention. • The bidder must have experience and knowledge of regulations of the Department of Banking and Insurance and the Department of Community Affairs. • The bidder must have experience with workers' compensation, general liability, and auto liability matters involving governmental entities. • The bidder must designate a senior officer with experience in governmental claims and a claims adjuster with experience in governmental claims. • The bidder must have the computer systems required to provide the Executive Director with the claims-related data required to operate a joint insurance fund.
