Description
The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), is seeking a qualified contractor to provide IT Support and Maintenance Services. The services are required for the Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center (MEOC) located at 163 W 125th St – 15th floor, New York, NY 10027. The contractor will be expected to provide ongoing IT support and maintenance on a lump sum, turnkey basis, including labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor will primarily perform services remotely but may be required to provide services on premises if necessary. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing IT support for approximately 70 faculty and staff computers and five computer labs.
• Performing services remotely with possible on-premises work as required.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies.
• Participating in a mandatory site visit and pre-bid conference.
• Submitting bids by the deadline, with the bid submission including all required documents and information.
The contract term is expected to be 1 year with options for 3 additional 1-year extensions.
