Description
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina is seeking qualified court reporting firms to provide Grand Jury and deposition reporting services at its three locations (Raleigh, Greenville, Wilmington) under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will be a 100 % small‑business set‑aside, with a base year and up to four optional one‑year extensions (total up to five years). Offerors may bid on one, two, or all three locations and must meet stringent security clearance requirements for Grand Jury material. All task orders will be time‑and‑materials and must comply with FAR 16.505.
