Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, software licensing, firmware updates, technical support, safety inspections, and limited corrective repairs for BD Pyxis pharmaceutical dispensing cabinets located at Brooke Army Medical Center, Joint Base San Antonio‑Fort Sam Houston, TX. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑priced‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) basis and will run for an initial 12‑month period with optional extensions through 2031. All labor, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials are required to be supplied by the contractor, and performance must adhere to BD Pyxis OEM standards and the attached Performance Work Statement. The solicitation is restricted to small‑business set‑asides (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and requires SAM registration and compliance with numerous DFARS/FAR clauses.
