Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for a statewide contract to provide tanker wagon delivery of motor and heating fuels. The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest district total for each district. Vendors must provide fuel that meets the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, and heating oil.
