RFP Medical Exam and Testing Provider for the Syracuse Police Department

The City of Syracuse is seeking a qualified vendor to provide medical examinations and psychological evaluations to police and public safety officer candidates. The vendor will provide medical services, including fit-for-duty evaluations, drug screenings, and psychological assessments. The contract will be for a period of one year, with two optional one-year renewal periods. The vendor will be required to provide a coordinator to schedule appointments and update the outcome of said appointments, as well as assign physicians to ensure consistency and familiarity with the Syracuse Police Department. The vendor will also be required to provide remote services and administer various psychological tests, including the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) and the California Psychological Inventory (CPI).
