Description
The City of Forney, Texas, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive wrecker and towing services under a municipal contract. The scope includes emergency vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, vehicle storage, and related administrative reporting. Vendors must meet Texas state licensing requirements, carry required insurance and bonding, and comply with a series of non‑discrimination and anti‑boycott certifications. The contract will support the City’s police department and public works operations, ensuring rapid response to accidents, stalled vehicles, and other roadway incidents within the city limits and surrounding areas.
• Provide 24/7 emergency wrecker and towing response for municipal vehicles and the general public.
• Operate and maintain a fleet of tow trucks and storage facilities meeting City specifications.
• Submit detailed service logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain all required state and local licenses, insurance, bonding, and certifications (e.g., anti‑boycott, non‑discrimination).
• Coordinate with City of Forney Police Department and other municipal agencies as needed.
