Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a design‑build contractor to construct 220 Temporary Supportive Housing units and a Welcome Center at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for full design, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty of the facilities, with performance‑based flexibility on methods and layout. The contract will be awarded to a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will run for up to 210 days after the Notice to Proceed.
