Emergency Freight Services

The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide emergency freight services, including pickup and delivery of freight and courier transportation, in the event of a natural disaster or TxDOT declared emergency. The contractor will be required to provide services between designated locations throughout the state of Texas. The solicitation is open to all qualified vendors, and respondents must register through the Euna Procurement website to participate. • The contractor will be responsible for providing emergency freight services in response to natural disasters or TxDOT declared emergencies. • The services will be required between designated locations throughout the state of Texas. • The contractor must register through the Euna Procurement website to participate. • The Texas Department of Transportation uses the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing code to standardize purchases. • New suppliers and other vendors wishing to furnish materials, equipment, supplies, and services to TxDOT should apply to be on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL).
