Description
The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking a contractor to provide drone show services to enhance the Embassy's Freedom 250 yearlong celebration of America's 250th Anniversary. The contractor will be responsible for providing a highly visible and creative drone show that demonstrates the key message of Freedom 250, celebrating 250 years of American independence. The drone show must be widely visible in the vicinity of Icon Siam over the Chao Phraya River and should result in encouraging organic social media amplification of the Embassy's message. Some key requirements include:
• Providing a creative and attractive drone show of high quality using 300 drones
• Coordinating all aspects of the show, including creative design, securing permits and permissions, and providing necessary equipment
• Delivering additional shows if requested by the Government
• Obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required by local law
• Providing a full animated preview of the show by June 10, 2026
The contractor will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the requirements of the solicitation, including their experience in providing drone show services, their ability to obtain necessary licenses and permits, and their overall technical capability.
