Description
Texas Southern University seeks a charter air carrier to transport its football team, coaches, staff and equipment on three separate trips from Houston to El Paso, TX; Fort Lauderdale, FL; and Huntsville, AL during the 2026 fall season. The vendor must provide a narrow‑body jet configured for a large group, in‑flight catering, ground handling, equipment transport, and contingency plans for delays or cancellations. Bids must be submitted in hard‑copy form to the TSU Post Office by the June 18 deadline, and the contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis.
• Provide charter‑service flights for ~130 passengers per trip, with cargo capacity for team equipment.
