Description
The Syracuse City School District seeks a qualified vendor to operate one or more alternative learning sites for homebound students in grades 6‑12. The contractor must provide safe, equipped spaces, manage attendance, and deliver student work between the district and the site. The contract runs three years with two optional one‑year extensions and includes a capped fee structure for site operations and a site‑manager salary.
• Provide physical sites for ≥ 30 students (two sessions) or ≥ 15 students all‑day, equipped with Wi‑Fi, supplies, and food/snacks.
• Manage attendance reporting, weekly pick‑up/drop‑off of student work, and maintain separate spaces for homebound services.
• Staff must include a Site/Project Manager (Bachelor’s or 5 yr experience) and all personnel must pass NY State background checks (at contractor’s expense).
• Submit a comprehensive proposal with qualifications, site plans, staff bios, fee caps (site fee up to $55 k‑$40 k per year, manager fee up to $35 k per year), and required certifications.
