Northwest Regional E-Bike Share Program

The City of Longmont is seeking a qualified firm to manage and operate a regional e-bikeshare system. The program aims to increase affordable mobility options, facilitate seamless travel between jurisdictions, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The selected operator will be responsible for program management, administration, operations, maintenance, and support. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for an additional year. • The program will serve the Northwest region, including Boulder County, City and County of Broomfield, City of Lafayette, City of Longmont, Town of Superior, and City of Westminster. • The operator will be responsible for coordinating with partner agencies to ensure continuous service across jurisdictions. • The program will have a budget of $1,578,948, with 10% allocated for project communication and 10% for marketing and communications. • The operator will be required to submit monthly invoices and provide administrative services, including day-to-day management and coordination of the e-bikeshare program.
