Description
The Defense Services Organization (DSO) is seeking a conference space with break-out rooms and audio/visual accommodations for the DSO Worldwide Training event to be held in Phoenix, Arizona from 13-18 September 2026. The selected venue must be within walking distance to the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix and have co-located lodging for 150 attendees. The required services include meeting spaces, audio-visual equipment, and technical support.
• The conference room and audio-visual packages must include one large conference room, three smaller conference rooms, and a boardroom.
• The venue must provide dedicated, on-site A/V technical support for the duration of the event.
• The selected vendor must arrange tables, chairs, and staging according to provided layouts and reconfigure spaces between sessions as required.
• The vendor must provide daily janitorial services to ensure cleanliness and trash removal.
