The Glynn County Board of Education is seeking sealed proposals from qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to provide Construction Management‑at‑Risk (CM‑AR) services for the renovation of the Brunswick High School (BHS) Old Gymnasium and associated athletic improvements. The selected firm will enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract and must comply with Georgia’s Local Government Public Works Construction Law.
