Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to install an Access Control System (ACS) and Video Monitoring System (VMS) at the Human Performance Optimization facility at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia. The system shall include a computer workstation, Common Access Card (CAC) and PIN devices/readers, and associated camera/video system. The contractor shall supply all necessary parts, equipment, labor, software, and remove unnecessary or old parts. The project duration is approximately 90 days. Key considerations for this project include the ability to provide a secure and reliable access control and video monitoring system, as well as compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• The system must be installed in accordance with the provided Statement of Work and drawings.
• The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering workmanship, labor, software, and hardware associated with the installation.
• The contractor must ensure that all questions and concerns are submitted in writing no later than 9:00 AM, EST, 17 June 2026.
• The contractor must participate in a site visit scheduled for 9:00 AM, EST, 15 June 2026.
