Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking one contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC system maintenance, repair, and emergency service for the Curlew Job Corps Center in Curlew, WA. The award will be a single‑award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a base year (Sept 25 2026 – Sept 24 2027) and four optional one‑year extensions through 2031. The contractor must maintain a physical presence within roughly one hour of the site and be able to respond to emergency calls within three hours (24 hours for true emergencies). Services include routine inspections, seasonal preventive maintenance, filter and belt replacement, condenser coil cleaning, and on‑call troubleshooting. The contract is subject to the Service Contract Act (WD 2015‑5559) and requires appropriate Washington State licensing, insurance, and OSHA compliance.
