General Fort Leonard Wood Community Hospital Shuttle Driver Service Contract

The U.S. Army is seeking sources to provide shuttle driver services for the General Leonard Wood Community Hospital at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The contract will require the provision of four full-time equivalent shuttle drivers to operate Government-owned vehicles for ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients and staff. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services. The period of performance is expected to be from 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2027, with two option years. * Key responsibilities include: * Providing shuttle services for patients and staff * Operating Government-owned vehicles * Maintaining a turnover rate of no more than 20% in any 12-month period * Providing a timely, positive, and personalized experience for customers * Meeting performance standards and acceptable quality levels (AQL) identified in the PWS
