STTJ)-2026-27 Addendum 2 (Removal and Replacement of HVAC Chiller #1 at Cyril E King Airport, St. Thomas, USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to safely remove and replace the existing operational Chiller #1 located on the roof of the Cyril E. King Terminal Building, St. Thomas, USVI. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, rigging, hoisting, crane services if required, safety controls, temporary protection, permits, coordination, disposal, and incidentals necessary to safely complete the work. Key aspects of the job include: • Removal and replacement of the existing chiller • Provision of all necessary labor, materials, and equipment • Compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Background investigations for contractor personnel • Payment and performance bonds • General liability insurance and auto liability insurance • Certificate of good standing and other required certifications
