Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide conference room rental services for the 58th Rescue Squadron's senior leadership working group. The contractor will be responsible for reserving, setting up, and supporting one ballroom and three breakout rooms with comprehensive audio/visual equipment at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will take place from June 15-21, 2025, and will be attended by up to 550 personnel. The contractor will need to provide logistical support, technical assistance, and security measures to ensure the success of the event. Some key requirements include:
• Providing a ballroom and breakout rooms with audio/visual equipment
• Setting up and managing the rooms according to the provided schedule
• Ensuring functional connectivity and technical support throughout the event
• Implementing security measures to protect equipment, participants, and meetings
• Providing an on-site representative to act as a liaison with the government representative
• Ensuring the facility is returned to its original state after the event
