Owners Representative for MeadowWood and Liberty Lake Golf Course Maintenance and Operations Facility

The County of Spokane is seeking a professional project management Consultant to direct and coordinate all activities for the construction of a new maintenance building and site improvements for the MeadowWood and Liberty Lake Golf Course. The Consultant will provide support in attaining approval to use an alternative delivery approach, act as the principal point of contact and liaison between the Architect, General Contractor, Subcontractors, and vendors, and provide administrative management of the project with full transparency and guidance to County staff. The scope of work includes providing assistance, training, and support for utilizing an alternative delivery method, participating in the selection of and negotiations with qualified General Contractors and Design Teams, providing preliminary budget, schedule, and constructability review, tracking and reporting expenditures and budgets, and managing milestone and project schedule. • Provide assistance, training, and support for utilizing an alternative delivery method • Participate in the selection of and negotiations with qualified General Contractors and Design Teams • Provide preliminary budget, schedule, and constructability review • Track and report expenditures and budgets • Manage milestone and project schedule • Coordinate necessary professional services • Provide contract and construction management support • Inspect progress, onsite work, QA, and reporting • Project Closeout • Other services as needed
