Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking services for the testing and inspection of backflow preventers used in fire sprinkler systems, domestic water connections, and wastewater treatment plants at the East Orange and Lyons VAMCs. The contractor will be responsible for providing annual and quarterly testing and inspection to ensure the continuous operation of this equipment. The contract will include preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs. The contractor's performance will be evaluated based on the quality of service, schedule adherence, management of key employees, and invoicing accuracy.
• The contractor must provide services that meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and perform services during normal business hours.
• The contractor must provide and maintain employee listings, training, and certifications throughout the contract.
• The contractor must submit invoices electronically in accordance with the invoicing instructions.
