Description
Delgado Community College is seeking bids for the provision and delivery of new electrical lineworker and energy program supplies for students/classes. The successful bidder shall furnish the ordered supplies per the specifications provided, upon request to Delgado Community College's River City Site. The contract term is for the college's fiscal year, beginning on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2027. Orders shall be on an as-needed basis, and the bidder must be able to provide shipping and tracking information for all orders placed. Key supplies include adjustable climbing belts, aluminum climbers, pouches, bolt bags, backpacks, and safety eyewear.
Some of the key points to consider are:
• The contract term is for 12 months, with the option for renewal for up to two consecutive 12-month periods.
• The college reserves the right to award the items on an all-or-none, grouped, or separate basis.
• The bidder is responsible for all warranties related to the products bid.
• The college reserves the right to request references from companies that the bidder has provided similar items/services to within the last five years in Louisiana.
