Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking a contractor to provide fresh water and septic service, including portable restroom trailers. The contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order, and the Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The evaluation factors will include technical and price considerations. The contractor must have a current CMMC status at the CMMC level required, which is CMMC Level 1 (Self) for this solicitation. The contractor must also ensure that all subcontractors and suppliers have a current CMMC certificate or current CMMC status at the CMMC level that is appropriate for the information that is being flowed down to the subcontractor.
• The contract is a small business set-aside, and the NAICS code is 562991.
• The business size standard is $9 million.
• The contract will be competed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all applicable costs and does not exceed $350,000.00.
• The quote packages are due by 17 December 2025 3:00 PM EST (COB).
