The Narragansett Bay Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide semi‑annual maintenance of boiler water‑treatment and closed‑loop HVAC systems across four of its facilities. The work includes on‑site chemical mixing, equipment inspections, water analysis, reporting, and supply of all required chemicals and consumables. The contract is a one‑year blanket agreement with the possibility of two additional one‑year renewals. Vendors must hold appropriate water‑treatment and pesticide‑application licenses, provide references, and meet NBC’s insurance requirements. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
