NOTICE - Customizable Promotional Goods

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is seeking to purchase customizable promotional goods to hand out during emergency incidents and other events. The promotional goods include pens, chips clips, sticky notes, bar lights, thermal blankets, rescue flashlights, and notebooks with their logo placed on them. ODHS is giving COBID vendors an opportunity to submit a bid for these goods. If no COBID vendors come forward, ODHS will move forward with awarding the contract to the vendor You Name It Specialties. • The promotional goods should be customizable with the ODHS logo. • The goods will be used for emergency incidents and other events. • The bid opening date is August 1st, 2025, at 3:00 PM. • The available date for the bid is July 25th, 2025, at 12:14:10 PM. • The purchaser for this bid is Coral Ford.
