Employee Uniforms

The City of Florissant is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive employee uniform and apparel program for its municipal departments. The selected vendor will provide high-quality apparel, embroidery, and screen-printing services, and will serve as the primary source for employee uniforms and branded apparel. The contract will run for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The vendor must provide a wide selection of garments, maintain consistent branding standards, and offer competitive pricing, reliable turnaround times, and responsive customer service. • The City employs approximately 90 full-time employees and over 200 part-time and seasonal employees who require branded apparel throughout the year. • The vendor must be capable of reproducing official City and departmental logos through professional embroidery and screen-printing processes. • The City anticipates that uniform orders will vary in size throughout the contract term, ranging from individual employee purchases to larger departmental and seasonal orders. • The vendor should offer online or streamlined ordering capabilities and separate packaging for each employee or special order. • The City intends to award this contract to a single vendor that demonstrates the ability to provide quality products, dependable service, and competitive pricing.
