Description
This RFI seeks a contractor to provide Agile/DevSecOps software development, sustainment, and managed‑service‑provider support for the Special Access Program Mission Planning & Distribution System (SMPDS) used by the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and other combatant commands. The effort includes maintaining a TS/SCI‑cleared environment, delivering incremental software updates, migrating development to Offutt AFB, and ensuring security compliance for a hybrid cloud/on‑prem system.
• Provide ongoing sustainment, maintenance, and new feature development for SMPDS MSP software.
• Operate under Agile and DevSecOps frameworks with TS/SCI facility clearance.
• Perform software integration, testing on classified networks, and bi‑weekly on‑site liaison support.
• Potentially transition development team to Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
• Deliver real‑time service health monitoring, SLA/SLO reporting, incident response, and ATO support.
