Description
• Scope covers mechanical, electrical, and structural maintenance of two Baltimore VFL‑036‑31K cooling towers.
• Required tasks: inspection, cleaning of fans, belts, motors, coils, water system, replacement of bearings, droplet eliminators, valves, and other wear items.
• Contractor must supply safety gear, scaffolding, lockout/tag‑out devices, and MSDS for any hazardous materials.
• Deliver a written report within five business days after each visit and provide a bill of materials for any discrepancies.
• Site visit scheduled for 25 Aug 2026 (optional but recommended).
• Quotations submitted electronically to both Patrick McElroy and Christian Rivas.
• Award will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order to the lowest technically acceptable bidder.
