Description
The U.S. Army Medical Command is seeking a contractor to provide full coverage maintenance for Draeger medical equipment at the Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The contract will include repair, parts, travel, and labor for various Draeger equipment models. The contractor will be required to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including preventive maintenance, operation verification, and certification of the systems and their components. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with two option periods of 12 months each.
• The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services.
• The contractor will be required to perform services in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance manuals, specifications, and quality control policies and procedures.
• The contractor will be required to provide a contract manager who will be responsible for the performance of the work.
• The contractor will be required to maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined in the contract.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
